Being a strong, independent woman doesn't necessarily require that you be a die-hard feminist. Rathers, it means learning to express who you are at a core , wheather u are shy and soft-spoken or load and assertive, without trying to fit a certain mold implied by your being a female.

Dont compare yourself to other women. while there is nothing wrong with having a female role modele to look up to, constantly feeling jealous of other women will leave you feeling horibble about yourself. though jealousy is natural to some degree, western society tends to exacerbate female jealousy through advertisements and films that feature unrealistic standards of beauty. The result is a culture of women who feel insecure and unhappy with their own bodies.

Don't base your happiness on being in a relationship. Having a man (or woman) to love should enhance your life, not define it. No matter how bad you may think you need a relationship, you must first learn to love yourself before you can even begin to love somebody else.


Don't feel obligated to follow fashion trends. Being an independent woman means dressing the way you want, regardless of what people around you are telling you to wear. Use fashion as a way to express your mood, your taste, and your creativity.


Stay educated. Being educated not only gives you the skills and knowledge you will need to pursue your career, it also makes you more well-respected by the people you encounter in your life


Take care of your body. Personal strength is manifested physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you want to be a strong, independent woman, you need look no further than your own body.

Fast food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly.Fast food can also be defined as any food that contributes little or no nutrient value to the diet, but instead provides excess calories and fat. Fast food can be a good way to save time ,but it is not the proper way for nutrition. 

When you feel like eating something and think of food, the things come to mind first are the taste, odor or color. Those who have to look after their weight will think of the portion size, many others think of energy, fats, sugars, vitamins or minerals. But do you know that the food we eat may cause side effects and a list of disadvantages. We are not talking about spoiled or poor quality food.


ObesityObesity means having too much body fat. It is not the same as being overweight, which means weighing too much. Fast food is high in calories and sugar that contribute to increased-weight gain.

Heart Disease People who eat fast-food four or more times a week, up their risk of dying from heart disease by 80 percent.

Waste of Money Fast food consumes too much money as compared to home prepared food. Low income people can hardly afford continuous use of fast food. It spends a lot of budget and is also cause of loss of healthy body.

Lack of Essential Nutrients A well-balanced food contains all essential elements which are necessary for human development. Whereas fast food does not have all these elements, this type of food contains some elements in high quantity while others are absent.

Stress Foods rich in fat are reason for many diseases related to heart, blood vessels, liver and many more. It also increases the level of stress. It has been observed that a rich fat meal can increase your stress level and make you at a greater level of stress in comparison to those who have a low fat meal.

Many student came to college but do not know what it takes to be a successful in the college environment. They understand good and bad grades in a general ways and they sense that thye should attend classes, but there is where their knowledge begins and end.


*  Successful students attend classes regularly. They are on time. They listen and train themselves to pay attention. If they miss a session, they feel obligated to let the instructor know why before class begins, if possible, and their excuses are legitimate and reasonable.

*  Successful students take advantage of extra credit opportunities when offered. They demonstrate that they care about their grades and are willing to work to improve them.


*  Successful students are attentive in class. They don't talk, read, or stare out windows. In other words, they are polite and respectful, even if they get a little bored.

*  Successful students see their instructors before or after class or during office hours about grades, comments on their papers, and upcoming tests. Successful students end up at their instructor's office door at least once during the semester.

*  Successful students turn in assignments that look neat and sharp. They take the time to produce a final product that looks good, and reflects of a care and pride in their work. Successful students seem driven to complete their assignments.

Fashion has now become inseparable part of youth. Fashion affects our lives by getting us involved something new. This seems to depend on seasonal change, the fashion industry, and the focus of the media. There are both positive and negetive affects of fashion on youth. 

                  A few advantages of fashion.
  • It helps teens to find like-minded friends.
  • Teens get to express themselves and their individuality.
  • Teens get to establish their own identity.
  • It gives teens a sense of control in their lives in an unpredictable world.

A few disadvantages of fashion.
  • Teens are crossing gender lines.
  • Teens try to look "edgy" or comfom to racist stereotypes.
  • Some styles tend to reflect self-harm.
  • The trends come and go, meaning they must spend lots of money.
  • People criticize youth for their fashion choices.
  • Some of the school dress codes are arguably too strict.
  • Those who aren't dreessed to the standars of their peers face their ridicule.

Stress is a normal thing that happend to everyone..sometimes is will be a good thing and mental makeup..but cronic daily stress can be controlled with the right tools.

So, we must manage our stress expecially as a teenagers and student..

   First thing is identify the couses of your stress which mean take some time to be alone and list all the thing that courses your life stress. It's can be improve your life to makes a changes. 

   Second is sharing with other person. you'll feel much better when sharing problem with others like family members or bestfriend. Open up with others can be able to get some helpful feedback as well as a fresh perspective on your problem. 

   Next is minimize interaction with people who stress you out. If someone in your life stressing you out , you're probably better of wihout that person.  

   Others, exercise can reduce your stress, u're just only took 30 minute or 40 minute of exercise every other day can make u'll better healtier and in control over your own life. 

   Beside that, you must eat well , maintaining the right diet is the key to control your stress. Caffiene or eating way too many sweet or salty foods without even noticing it.
The end, we must manage our stress to make our life better and happiness.

Nowadays,  we can easily found that teenagers almost playing with an electronic devices and gadget. that is not only the video games to make teenagers stay, but it include all the application and involve in gadget. For the example like mobile fhone, smart phone application, PSP games, tablet computer and the otjer else.

so  that, the positive of gadget is electronic devices and gadget can effects in encourage conginative learning and development of analitycal skills. This may build-up innovative thinking and creativity. Next is to enhance the confident level of the children by mastering certain games. it also helps to develop good coordination of eyes, head and mentally coordination. Gadget also can stimulate senses and imaginative .



Eventhought, there are have negetive side on electronic device and gadget, they are spending an everage of more than 7 hours per days on an electronic device and gadget. It's make teenagers spending hole days on it. Beside that, the important thing is they are doesn't want to spend outdoor activities also with family members. They just focus on electronic device and less talking becouse obses with the application.

Tecnology Generation

Nowadays, teenagers have changed in comparison with the teens in the past, taking into account eating habits, an active way of life, spending free time and clothes. They are a “technology” generation. For teens in todays’ world mobile phones, internet, music, movies, television and video games are very important. Most teenagers prefer watching TV and playing computer games to reading books. They don’t like reading because watching TV is easier and they don’t have to use their own imagination. Computer games teach but they are also harmful to health. Teenagers prefer to spend free time in front of a computer rather than to walk, play football or go to a swimming pool. Moreover, games transfer them into the world which doesn’t exist. It is very exciting for the youth.



     However, young people, especially girls, allow themselves to grow fat, or torture themselves with diets,  which leads to various diseases with physical basis like anorexia and bulimia. Young people must not give up food, especially breakfasts because skipping breakfast is a frequent cause of fainting which can cause frequent complications and even leads to death. It is crucial to limit the amount they eat, but only in a reasonable way, if at all possible after the consultation with the dietician. Young people have to remember, that a healthy lifestyle requires appropriate nourishment, but they also must not forget about personal hygiene.
  

 Physical activity improves health condition in various ways. It helps the organism to utilize the calories better, which helps to maintain a desirable weight. Physical activity reduces the appetite and helps in the reduction of the fatty mass of the body.  
Here is a list of advantages of physical activity:
• reduces the risk of heart diseases
• protects before the osteoporosis,
• burning the calorie intensifies,
• favours the masses of the body to lowering and maintenance of the desirable weight,
• leads to the growth of the basic transformation of the matter,
• reduces the appetite
• helps in the reduction of the fatty mass of the body.
